Gino Ray Dean Alvarez, lovingly known as Bubba, passed away on December 28,2023
peacefully in his home at the age of 37. He was born on August 7,1986, in Chehalis,
Washington to Anthena Marie Alefteras and Dean Clayton Alvarez.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Mildred Alefteras, by his
sister Teisha Bernice Alvarez-Monderen, and by his uncle Arthur Alefteras.
He leaves behind his mother, Anthena & Lino Lara, hissiblings Crystal Lara, Miguel Lara,
Gabriela Lara, Patrick Lara, father Dean Alvarez and sibling Brandon Alvarez, and
numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and many friends that will miss him dearly.
We will always remember him as a brave, stubborn, and very iron-willed man. For
those that knew him will remember his kind heart, his quick wit, his infectious smile,
that he was cocky, sarcastic, and never cared about the opinions of others.
Gino's legacy of his adventurous life will live in the hearts of those who loved
and knew him. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
Don’t grieve for me, for now I am free
I’m following the path God made for me.
I took his hand when I heard him call.
I turned my back and left it all.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life has been full, I savored much, good friends, good times, and my loved ones.
Perhaps my time seems all too brief; lift your heart and share with me,
God wanted me now, he set me free.
Our son wished to be cremated and we are honoring his wishes. We have asked
Hubbard Funeral Home in Castle Rock, Washington to honor his wish on our
behalf.
There will be no funeral services held at this time, but at a later date we will be
having a celebration of life for Gino as he asked. We will post via Facebook of
date, time, and location to celebrate his life and memories with family and
friends.
